Tryonix is a B2B technology platform that provides AI-based solutions for generating product images, videos, catalogs, and marketing assets for sellers and manufacturers (“Users”). Tryonix does not operate as a marketplace, seller, or reseller of goods.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
• Business users must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs are produced automatically based on user inputs. Tryonix does not guarantee accuracy, uniqueness, legality, or platform approval of generated content.

Users must independently verify content before publishing or commercial use.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Generate or upload illegal, harmful, abusive, obscene, or offensive content
• Create sexual, pornographic, or explicit material
• Promote hate, violence, terrorism, or discrimination
• Infringe intellectual property or third-party rights

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans, pricing, and features will be communicated on the Platform.
• Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
• Tryonix may modify pricing with prior notice.
• Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Tryonix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last three months.
