Seller & Manufacturer Agreement

This Seller & Manufacturer Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Tryonix and the seller or manufacturer (“Client”) who registers for Tryonix’s enterprise services. By onboarding, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Scope of Services

Tryonix shall provide access to AI-powered tools, creative generation services, and technical support as per the subscribed plan. Tryonix acts solely as a technology provider and does not sell products on behalf of the Seller.

2. Seller Responsibilities

The Seller agrees to:

• Own legal rights to all products and brand materials provided.
• Ensure products comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.
• Review and approve all AI-generated content before publishing.
• Comply with policies of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc..

3. Intellectual Property

• Seller retains ownership of its products and uploaded content.
• Tryonix retains ownership of its platform, AI models, and proprietary systems.
• Tryonix grants the Seller a non-exclusive license to use AI-generated outputs for commercial purposes.
