Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and service changes are handled on the Tryonix platform. Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital and AI-generated services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

1. Cancellation Policy

User-Initiated Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Tryonix-Initiated Cancellation: Tryonix reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts without refund in cases of violation of Terms & Conditions or AI Usage Policy.

2. Refund Policy

General No-Refund Rule: Fees paid for subscriptions, AI credits, or services are non-refundable once the service has been activated or AI generation has commenced.

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A payment was charged incorrectly due to a technical error.
  • The service was not activated due to a system failure attributable solely to Tryonix.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds will be provided for:

  • AI-generated content already delivered or used.
  • Rejection or non-approval of content by third-party platforms.
  • Changes in business requirements or creative expectations.
