This AI Usage & Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs how users may access and use the artificial intelligence–powered tools provided by Tryonix. By using Tryonix’s AI features, you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Purpose of AI Services
Tryonix provides AI-based tools to help sellers and manufacturers generate product images, videos, and marketing assets. These tools are intended strictly for legitimate business, marketing, and creative purposes.
2. User Responsibility
- Users are fully responsible for all prompts, inputs, uploads, and instructions provided to the AI.
- Users are responsible for reviewing, validating, and ensuring the legality and accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
- AI-generated content must be used in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
3. Strictly Prohibited Content & Activities
Users must NOT use Tryonix’s AI tools to create, upload, request, or distribute content that:
- Illegal Content: Violates any applicable law or promotes illegal products.
- Sexual Content: Pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexualized depiction of minors (strictly prohibited).
- Hate & Violence: Hate speech, discriminatory content, or promotion of violence/terrorism.
- Deepfakes: Deepfake content of real individuals without consent or impersonation of brands.
4. Enforcement Actions
In case of violation, Tryonix may take action without prior notice, including warning, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
